We think the bathroom used to have a separate room for a loos as it had a small and larger window, but we wanted a larger window to match that of the back bedroom. SO I made a new sah frame, got it glazed with some sealed units and then foudn some heavy sash weights...

And new facia board. Waste pipe from above had to be cut to allow access. First time I laid the bricks I used too much mortar and we ended up with a gap too small for a brick and too big to fill. We started again but laid the bricks out carefully without mortar first and marked the former.
