The next door neighbours were having some Veluxs fitted and so I got one of the fitters to help me put mine one evening Saturday for some beer money. Harry did the bit I was uneasy about - carrying them up onto the roof and fitting them to the framework. After he had gone, I finalised the felt work and fitted the flashing kits - I got quicker with each one.
The following little movie shows the how the 'motorisation' works (I don't know if there is such a word either). The roof is not tiled at this stage - just felted.
